Finding My Path Through Positivity

Looking back on my life's journey, I've always believed in the power of positivity. This wasn't merely an innate trait, but a fundamental approach to life. From a young age, I embraced the concept of 'positive thinking,' shaping my worldview around it.

When someone disagreed with or opposed my opinions, I accepted it as a natural occurrence. I understood that it was neither possible nor desirable for everyone to agree with me or meet my expectations. This mindset proved invaluable in overcoming numerous challenges and trials.

There were times when people opposed me with malicious intent, but I mostly chose to ignore such situations. I believed these issues couldn't be resolved through conflict. When faced with misunderstandings or unfair treatment, I responded with the attitude, "Let them go their way, and I'll go mine."

This flexible mindset allowed me to easily navigate difficult situations, ultimately becoming the driving force that turned failures into successes. Life isn't always smooth sailing; sometimes things don't go as planned. But instead of getting frustrated in those moments, I practiced looking at the situation from a different perspective.

Acknowledging differences, respecting others' opinions, and steadfastly walking my own path - these are the wisdoms I've gleaned throughout my life. We live in an era of rapid change, where we sometimes face confusion and conflicts. But I believe that with a positive mindset and flexible thinking, any difficulty can be overcome.

This positive approach significantly influenced my academic journey and life as a theologian. When presenting new theories or challenging existing notions, I wasn't afraid of opposing voices. Instead, I used them to strengthen my theories and gain deeper insights.

As a pastor, this attitude became a great asset. It helped me understand and embrace people with diverse opinions and backgrounds, and enabled me to handle conflict situations flexibly. This became a driving force in making the church community more harmonious and growth-oriented.

Ultimately, positive thinking and a flexible attitude played crucial roles throughout my life. Beyond personal success, they positively impacted my scholarship, ministry, and the lives of those around me. I intend to maintain this attitude, continuing to grow and evolve in this ever-changing world.
